Children's Classes

I inspire boys and girls (7+) and grow their confidence using a sewing machine.  We'll create fun projects that hold their interest, develop their fine motor skills, and give them a huge sense of achievement. No experience or machine necessary! Parents will also love that there is S.T.E.A.M. learning among the fun, too!

Group Classes

These classes are about the fun of learning to sew and making friends!

Most children's classes are designed for children who have never touch a sewing machine before or are developing their skills.

As children progress and become proficient, I also offer an intermediate class for kids who would like to tackle more advanced projects, like clothing, and learn professional techniques.

Camps & Workshops

Throughout the year I offer one day workshops and multi day camps for those whose schedule doesn’t allow weekly classes. Or just would like to give sewing a little try! Weekly students love the camps as well to experience new projects. If you are not local to Waterford, why not use a workshop to make a day out of a visit to Tramore!

Aoife, of ArtStorm, and I often team up to offer kids a unique combo camp where they can experience both sewing and art in one camp. Children learn new techniques and work on a major project that features both mediums.

Private Lessons

In my studio, or in your home, I can provide the same friendly and patient learning experience for your child that's best suited to your family's busy schedule. They can happen as a once off or as frequently as you like. Get in touch if you'd like a one to one learning experience specific to your child's goals.
